Kara is our forensic anthropologist, osteologist and professional archaeologist. She is a professionally licensed Archaeologist in Ontario and has worked in the field since 2014. Kara obtained her BA from the University of Western Ontario, and her MSc from the University of Edinburgh. Most recently she completed her doctorate in Forensic Anthropology from the University of Cape Town. Kara has experience working internationally as a forensic anthropologist and osteologist on projects with human remains in countries including Canada, South Africa, Germany, Crete and Cyprus.

Carley is our professional archaeologist and lead field director. She is a professionally licensed archaeologist in Ontario and has worked in the field since 2015. Carley obtained her BA from the University of Western Ontario, where her studies focused on Bioarchaeology, and subsequently completed her MSc at the University of Edinburgh. She has directed Stage 1–4 archaeological assessments throughout southwestern Ontario, and has successfully managed large-scale projects and field crews across a variety of complex sites
